White country bed

When we finished our basement recently I needed a full bed for the extra bed room. So I got and started working on this one.

I primed and painted this bed as well as filled in some chipped spots. 

I already had this quilt and pillow cases.  But the pillow cases had a rose design that didn't match where you see white.  So I covered that with white fabric and lace on the sides.

And here you see Grandma's hand made lace doilies. I love using old hand made pieces, especially when grandma made them!
